Class B is for large school-purpose buses and also authorizes classes C, D, E, F and G.

Eligibility & licensing
Typical pathway
- Be at least 21
- Hold an eligible Ontario licence
- Meet medical and vision standards
- Complete the government-approved School Bus Driver Improvement Course
- Pass required record / criminal checks and meet demerit / suspension standards
- Pass knowledge and road testing in the appropriate bus
Important: The Ontario School Bus Driver Improvement Course is a separate mandatory requirement for Class B/E applicants.
